anyhow participating in these Authentic Happiness tests will allow you to contribute to Dr. Seligman's ongoing research on positive psychology at UPenn (a branch of psychology focusing on the empirical study of positive emotion and strengths-based character etc) - my point of mentioning this of course is just to make yourself feel better about procrastinating :)
